Sitting on the bench beneath the dark cloud , she threw her glanced to the sea . There are few of children playing , chasing each other . She also saw couples teasing each other . The place was filled up with their laughter . She smiled seeing the state full of bliss . She know that feeling of being in love and loved in return is heaven . And she also know that sometimes it may get rough or complicated . But the end of the day , who doesnt want to be in love ? Everybody does , especially with whom they want most . Through the corner of her eyes , she saw all of them are stick with their loved one , with whom they want to be . From that moment , she remembered someone . Her minds displayed the past record of her memories , it was back in a few years ago .
She remembered the first time she met him , in her new school , in her class . Yes , they are classmate . She saw him , she knew him , but she did not care at all because they are not friend though she know that she was never good in saying hello . Until one day that remain as historical day in her lifetime when he started conversation with her . The first impression came out from her head that he was a misery , full of things that are not expected . He such as a perfect creature but what she was ? She was nobody , nothing . Not a smart girl that he could rely on in discussing topics , not a pretty girl that he could introduced to his friends proudly , not a nice girl that sit at home 24/7 instead always hanging out with a different guy . But that all are not matters , he accept her as she was . They started to share laugh , secrets , and everything even though they through a different life .
When there's a time she being alone , she let the thoughts filled her mind and the first though is about him . Yes , she know she let herself love him the way she never love someone before , she let herself drowning in her own fantasy . Every years , they will change their birthday presents as they born in the same month , same zodiac . As the results , they are scorpions . Scorpions with a pair of grasping claws and segmented tail , always fighting in order to show who is strong enough between them and never get along with the ideas , trying to prove he/she is right . But that is what keep their bond alive and make it more strong even it had been years she been separated from him as after graduated from high school . "I like you a little too , you're something special " , he responded . She still remembered this confession . She thought it just a tricking from her tiny heart back then she was wrong as the vivid image of him keep dancing in her eyes .The separation made her realized that she really has fallen into him .
Enough of recalling , she turn to the next page , trying to get along with the novel as she trying to remove her mind from reminding him . But it fails . The only reason it became more miserable because she had passed across him few days ago and he reprimanded her . She was so taken by surprised as she never expect to meet him again after a long time did not see him . "How have you been ? " he asked while looking directly into her eyes without moving his eye lids at all . "I'm doing just fine , living a happy life with my boy" , she replied and threw her gazed away from his eyes , trying to hide whatever he's looking for in her eyes . Her heart then whispered, it's a lie , I never want someone the way I want you , if just you know how suffered my life without seeing you a day . Deep down in her heart , she know he still keep the same feeling but maybe it just a part of egoistic in men .
After that , she let him walk away without getting the right answers . She wanna let go , fully because she dont want to remember anything about it . But she never know that he always turn back every time he continued the pavement . He tried to run after her but the taxi had turn to the corner and disappear from his view . He lived with regrets and she learnt that she just gotta grab the chance in life , have faith in herself and ignored all the doubts .
